• Want to explicitly challenge the narrative of AI replacement: Learn how to generate novelty differences that emerge from deep creative practices, positioning your extended human capabilities as the foundational practices that cannot be reduced to or replicated by autonomous systems

• Facilitated and applicable discussions grounded in cutting-edge contemporary innovation theory (ecological philosophy, complexity science, embodied cognition, ecosystemic design, worldly creativity, and new organizational theory)
• Focused engagement – we are collectively developing a community of practice where theory always becomes practice, and our experimentation changes theories
• Expert guided sessions to collaboratively develop and iterate with the Innovation Design Approach to produce context-relevant tools for innovation at all scales

• Grounded in the Innovation Design Approach: We are utilizing a proven powerful alternative approach to innovation that we developed, and is grounded in 30+ years of practical application and scientific research
• Facilitated Discussions: We carefully ground and facilitate the discussions. From participants to pre-meeting materials, to the format and rhythm, to post-discussion follow-up materials and activities
• A Community of Practice: Personally selected committed participants ensuring diverse perspectives, complementary expertise, and a shared goal (6 to 8 participants is the maximum)
